Product Introduction:
The membrane surface column points are rolled by a specially designed model roller, and the distribution of column points is uniform and beautiful, which improves the friction coefficient. The front and back surfaces of the membrane surface can be fused together by different materials and colors. In engineering applications, the front and back surfaces of the product can be set according to geological conditions and engineering requirements.
Compared to traditional rough surface geomembranes, the products produced by this production process retain the excellent mechanical properties, good elongation, and stable chemical properties of the original resin itself. By adding a certain proportion of functional additives and reasonable control of processes such as melting, extrusion, rolling, and stretching, the tensile strength, wear resistance, puncture resistance, and the ratio of functional additives are further enhanced. This further improves the product's resistance to acid, alkali, microorganisms, and chemical erosion. The mechanical properties of this product are nearly three times higher than those of rough surface anti-skid geomembranes produced by similar ordinary processes.

Municipal environmental protection engineering, landfill treatment engineering, sewage treatment engineering, anti-seepage and anti-corrosion engineering in the metallurgical and petrochemical industries, anti-seepage and anti fouling engineering in the petrochemical industry, tailings treatment, red mud pile anti-seepage and anti fouling engineering, power plant ash dam anti-seepage, anti fouling and anti-corrosion engineering, etc. And prefabrication of temporary container structures and special components for implementing anti-seepage, anti-corrosion, leak proof, and reinforced leachate collection.
