Heating pipe

Pipe diameter: 20 mm-355 mm; currently Total II heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RTII) XRT70 material can produce pipes with a diameter of 500mm. Product structure: generally a three-layer structure

-The inner layer is a pressure bearing plastic pipeline: such as PE-RT Ⅱ or other heat-resistant plastic pipeline materials (material selection can be determined based on economy, connection technology, etc.)

The middle layer is a foam insulation layer, such as PE+EVA closed cell foam material, or polyurethane PU foam; The thermal conductivity can reach λ=0.032 W/m · K. The outer layer is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) single wall corrugated pipe or HDPE laminated layer, with a thermal conductivity of λ=0.42 W/m · K

Product application areas:

1. Urban heating pipeline: suitable for urban centralized heating secondary pipeline network.

2. Residential centralized heating pipelines: secondary heating pipelines for public buildings such as residential areas, hospitals, and schools, as well as heating pipelines for villa style buildings and courtyards.

3. Low temperature floor heating for indoor heating systems in residential buildings.
